AR.CA is an italian manufacturer of boilers suitable for combined heating systems (floor heating panels-radiators) featuring two different heating fluid temperatures (Multipla, Panel).
AR.CA. Caldaie has been concerned with natural gas boiler manufacturing for more than thirty years, offering a wide range of boilers featuring high overall performances, high fuel economy, ease of use and high reliability.
Natural gas boilers are designed and manufactured for long lasting performance: highest quality materials are employed and every component part is carefully chosen. The highest quality level has always been the main aim of AR.CA. Caldaie, but in the same time the design has not been disregarded; the boilers come in fashionable and always new looks which are studied to be suitable with almost any kind of interior decorations.
The range of gas wall boilers are:
- instantaneous wall boilers from 24 to 32,5 KW;
- natural gas wall boilers with plinth;
- analogical miniature natural gas boilers from 24,7 to 29,3 kW
- digital miniature natural gas boilers
- special natural gas wall boilers
- embed natural gas wall boilers
- exterior natural gas wall boilers.
Natural gas boilers may belong to these different types:
- real time hot water production wall-hang boilers, for heating and domestic hot water production;
- floor-based boilers, with hot water storage tank, for heating and hot water production in large quantities, e.g. to supply hydro-massage bath tubs;
- miniature analogic wall-hang type boilers for heating and domestic hot water production;
- miniature wall-hang type boilers with automatic ignition and digital electronic control system;
- wall-hang type boilers with condensation technology for heating and domestic hot water production;
- flush mounting wall-hang type boilers, for heating and domestic hot water production;
- wall-hang type boilers with hot water storage tank, for heating and hot water production (come with expansion tank);
- outdoor mounting wall-hang type boilers with forced draft, for heating and domestic hot water production.
As of today, wall-hang type boilers have been spreading more and more for domestic heating applications, due to their ease of use and installation.
Wall-hang condensing boilers may be classified in 2 macrocategories:
- wall condensing boilers equipped with a single heat exchanger usually implement a "pre-mixing" technology,
- wall condensing boilers with two heat exchangers may be equipped with the premixing system of gas with air as well or not, but they aren't affected by the above described problems, because the high temperature and the low temperature heat exchanging stages take place in two different sequential exchangers.
The range of AR.CA. Caldaie products includes also pellet boilers, using wood pellets as fuel, getting by this way an ecological and environment friendly heating system. Pellet boilers ensure a high reliability and comfort of use and are widely used for domestic heating purposes, e.g. rural buildings, new and older apartments. |
