Molino Magri has been taking care of the production of special flours for bread-making, baking flour, patisserie and confectionery flour, pizza flour. Thanks to its organization, the company caters for both small bakeries and big foodstuff companies throughout the national and European territory.
Flours produced are the result of the processing of selected soft wheat and have allowed us to ultimate 5 special product lines:
"Pane Plus" (semi-finished for bread-making) "Nucleo Plus" (concentrates for bread-making) "Magri Magic" (coadjutant for bread-making) "Pizza Plus" (specific flours and semi-finished for pizzeria) "Dolce Plus" (specific flours and semi-finished for confectionery)
Molino Magri has always stood out not only for the production of finest flours but also for its efficiency, its punctuality in delivering and technical assistance.
As a proof of the great commitment of the company in the Quality Control field, a laboratory has been organised. Three qualified people work in this laboratory and Research and Development of new products and technologies is carried out continuously, together with the University of Milan and Parma. Upon the client’s request, Molino Magri issues a Supply Specification to guarantee products’ safety from the hygiene and health perspective, as well as a product Technical Sheet, which is a useful tool supplying information on chemical-physical and rheological features of flours.
