| SAVE is an italian industry, born in 1948, specialized in mould design and production, in the manufacture of moulds for glass industries, mould glass bricks, mould for lighting products, moulds for plastic, tableware moulds, hollow glass equipment and in mechanical high precision workings like moulds 3D modellation, high precision milling and electrical discharge work.
Initially a mechanical workshop repairing agricultural tools and working for light carpentery, SAVE has then turned to moulds 3D modellation, high precision milling and electrical discharge work.
Wide range of mould designs: manufacture of moulds for glass industries, tableware moulds (moulds for glasses, goblets, vases, pitchers, cups, etc), mould for lighting products, mould for glass bricks, moulds for plastic products. Customers can ask only for the project or moulds 3D modellation without requiring construction or mechanical works.
SAVE uses the most advanced processing technologies and machineries: CNC centres for high precision milling (3,4,5 axes), CNC lathes, CNC electroerosion centres and CAD/CAM 2D and 3D modellation programming stations equipped with the most updated and powerful software.
The great experience and knowledge in the design and production of hollow glass equipment, have allowed SAVE to become the first italian certified mould maker company. Now possess UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 certification for mould design and manufacture.
SAVE offers to its clients a customer assistance service during the production in the glass factory and also the ordinary and extraordinary repairs of series of moulds already used in the machine. |
